Long Live The Revolution by Muzik-Maniac Long Live The Revolution by Muzik-Maniac
I'm fairly happy about how this map turned out, took me about a week to finish on account that my internet decided to not like me. xP

This is its own little project itself, not connected to anything i've done thus far.

Redundantly enough, i was listening to this song when the Idea found itself in my head:
[link]

Anyway, this was more of a late 19th century South America Meets a late 20th Century Cold war Fantasy map, not much alternate history, but i have some ideas in which i could probably make it an alternate history.

I thought English would be too boring, so i kind of turned it into a giant mess of Spanish, Portuguese, French, English, and Dutch..... so sorry for any lapses in grammar or spelling because I'm not quite as versed in some of the above mentioned languages. If i made any mistakes feel free to correct me lol

A side note, would have capitalized all the country names, but apple works wouldn't let me along with adding the ´ and ~.
Oh, and i tried to make the Name Key Alphabetically ordered, but i messed up on the French Antilles and was to lazy to fix everything xD

If anyone is upset by this in anyway, i don't mean anything by it, its simply a fantasy map, no ill intention at all.

anyway, if there are any questions, feel free to ask. and I'll take any suggestions. This may or may not turn into a series if i feel like it :P

Looking over your gallery, I spotted this old beauty, and after a thorough inspection, I believe you mislabeled the Nicaragua Canal as the "Honduras Canal". Considering the fact that you placed it in Nicaragua, I do believe you meant to call it the Nicaraguan canal :P

Yah, i probably shouldn't have really messed with Argentina's Borders as I've found out lol

I mainly got into looking up world history because I've had United States history drilled into my mind so many times it isn't even funny, so I find other historical events much more interesting, and well history in general is just something i find overall interesting. :)

Well i say if a person is ever interested in something they can just might as well try. Because someone could make a scenario that is incredibly plausible, or something completely fantasy (like this one). x)

Lol I also was looking at that "British Patagonia" like -: WHAT?! o_O
But after I read the text I calmed down hahaha
Yes, It interesting to look how would be the world today if history would be different owo, the problem is that I just don't have enough imagination or a great history knowledge to change the world events D:

Lol, no problem ^w^

Nah, Happens that some Argentinians can feel..huhm...upset? (I cannot find the word lol) when Argentina and England are in the same sentence XD
Surely because of the Falklands/Malvinas war, but...anyway...

Haha, well the same thing happens with every country, I've had Argentinian History since I was little and well, It's just interesting until 1900/1930...After that is sooooo boring Dx
So that's why I also prefer world history, and I even read about the origins of a lot of countries...(that almost nobody cares) lol XD

Ahhh, i see. xD

United States history has its intervals of interest up until the Spanish-American War, then is played down a little till WWI, and then gets boring during the Inter-war Years until WWII. And finally starts to decline during the cold war. And it's really boring when we have to learn the "Modern History" Dx

Well what you can say is that you never know when that kind of information could come in handy one day.

(Sorry for the reaaaallllyyy late reply, my school semester's coming to an end, so I've had a lot less free time.)
